To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the item within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
Customer must pay for shipping on returns. No Postage due returns will be accepted and no credits will be issued for shipping charges. Refused shipments will be charged 15% re-stocking fee and will be credited less shipping fees.
